About Wander Fool Word - Aberdeen Arts Centre
Wander Fool Word is a fun, plurilingual show for families, blending English, French, Italian and Spanish. It combines learning and entertainment through interactive games and audience participation.
In Aberdeen, the show is presented in two versions:
* In the morning, the Multilingual Version (English French Spanish) follows a Spanish clown who dreams of working in a UK circus but doesnt speak English. With the help of the audience, children are playfully introduced to French and Spanish.
* In the afternoon, the Italian Version tells the same story, adapted for Italian-speaking audiences, where the clown dreams of working in Italy and children are introduced to Italian.
Performed by two fantastic actors: Tonino Scalia, a FrenchItalian performer based in Glasgow specialising in physical theatre, mime and theatre for young audiences, and Guillermo del Olmo, a Spanish performer specialising in clowning.
