About DELVE in to the North Isles presents An Afternoon of Words and Music - The Lemon Tree

Join for a cosy afternoon of words and music, with Christie Williamson in conversation with Jen Stout. A fascinating insight into two of Shetland’s most beloved wordsmiths, their lives in Shetland and where life has since taken them.

Expect a warm and charming afternoon, filled with stories and poetry, and also music from Brian Cromarty (Saltfishforty, The Chair) and Shetland born, Orkney based Jenny Keldie (Haverin). Chris Stout and Catriona McKay will also be playing music in response to some poetry from Christie.

Traditional Shetland bannocks will also available between 12pm and 1pm.
