Netherton Farm Lodge

Our luxury self-catering lodge is located in rural Aberdeenshire, just 5 minutes from Kemnay, 10 minutes from Inverurie, and 15 minutes from Aberdeen Airport. Eco-friendly and built with sustainably sourced Finnish logs, it’s powered by a renewable air-source heat system, offering a warm and comfortable retreat after a day of exploration. The lodge features super-fast Wi-Fi, ideal for work, along with excellent mobile reception. On the ground floor, you'll find an entrance hall, cloakroom, kitchen, and a spacious dining/living area that opens to a large garden. Upstairs, there are two en-suite bedrooms (one with a king bed and one with a king and a single), both with ample storage. One of the bathrooms includes a luxurious freestanding bathtub. We provide natural shower products, homemade bath salts, and eco-friendly soaps made locally with our pure honey and wax. A travel cot is available upon request. Perfect for families and those looking to escape to the countryside, the lodge also suits business guests with its quiet, spacious setup, ample light, and easy access to shops. Enjoy stunning walks right from the doorstep, including the nearby ruins of Bishops Palace (5 minutes), the Scottish Castle Trail, and famous whisky distilleries like Glenfiddich (55 minutes). Royal Deeside and Balmoral Castle are just over an hour’s drive away, along with golf courses, coastline, and wildlife.
