Lets Hear It For The Boys A Celebration of Male Talent

Starlights Musical Theatre presents a powerful, feel-good concert challenging the stigma that boys shouldnt sing, act, or dance.

Based in Fraserburgh, Starlights is an amateur youth musical theatre group dedicated to building confidence, creativity, and community through the performing arts. Founded in 2018 with just 20 members, the group has grown to over 160 young performers across four age groups Minis (P23), Juniors (P34), Intermediates (P5S1), and Seniors (S2S6) producing five shows a year, including two full-scale musicals.

Currently, around 30 talented boys are part of Starlights, but they represent just 20% of the membership a trend the group is determined to change.

This special boys-only concert celebrates teamwork, artistry, confidence, and joy, showcasing North East male talent and proving that performing arts can complement any interest from football to martial arts to playing guitar.
