3-night car rental competition - terms and conditions

• Vehicle must be booked via our Rental Reservations team at the Rental Business Centre.
• Vehicle must be collected from Arnold Clark’s Aberdeen branch.
• Vehicle hired is in the 04MP or 04MA category (medium-sized vehicle and either manual or automatic) and is subject to availability.
• Insurance included. Hirer is liable for damage up to £1500.
• Drivers must hold a valid and full driving licence for a minimum period of four years, or, one year if the driver is over 23 years of age.
• There is no upper age limit, but vehicle restrictions may apply.
• Drivers must have a clear insurance record.
• You must inform us in advance if you have any penalty points, as this forms part of our insurance criteria.
• All drivers must physically show a credit or debit card in their own name when collecting the vehicle. Additional extras are subject to availability.
• All vehicles will be supplied with a full tank of fuel. It is the hirers responsibility to refill the vehicle at the end of the rental period.
• Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion.
• No alternative options available.
• Arnold Clark reserves the right to refuse rental and to amend terms and conditions at any time without notice.
