The apartment sleeps four in two bedrooms—one double and one with adult-sized bunk beds.

It has a well-equipped kitchen and a powerful shower in the bathroom. The open-plan living space features a wood-burning stove, with kindling and wood provided. Free Wi-Fi is available, and there is a good selection of DVDs, books, music, and games, as well as an Alexa to make indoor time as enjoyable as being outside. A private hot tub sits on the lower deck, along with a firepit for alfresco evenings under the stars.

Guests can walk into Glen Tanar estate or enjoy riverside walks just minutes from the property.

Although Tanar View is self-catering, guests will find Scottish Fine Soaps toiletries, toilet roll, coffee, tea, milk, butter, jam, homemade bread and bakes, and a welcome bottle of wine. The property also has an EV charger, charged at the KWH rate at the time of use.
