Port of Aberdeen's historic North Pier is open to the public from April to September, offering an excellent viewpoint for ship-spotting and dolphin watching right at the mouth of the harbour.We aim to open North Pier between 7.00am and 7.00pm, however, opening is reviewed daily by our team and sometimes the pier may not open or might close early. This could be due to factors such as weather conditions, or operational requirements.Access is through the gate adjacent to Port of Aberdeen's Marine Operations Centre and next to the SSE substation (what3words: flank.appeal.fuel).
