The cottage sleeps up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms with 4 single beds and 1 king-size bed. There are 2 bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite. The spacious and comfortable living room offers stunning views of the surrounding hills, while the well-equipped eat-in kitchen serves as the heart of the house.

Mountview faces south and is cosy and comfortably furnished. It has a fenced garden with views to hills with red squirrels frequently seen in garden.

On the ground floor you will find a large sitting room, wood burning stove, TV, and DVD player. Large kitchen/dining room, fully fitted and equipped with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine, iron, and coffee machine. Large heated porch with plenty of room for skis or bikes. The main bedroom has zip link bed can be used as a super king or twin beds.

Ample parking is available beside Mountview for your convenience. Braemar is home to a historic castle, an 18-hole golf course, and is just 20 minutes from Balmoral Castle, making it the perfect base for exploring the area.
