Mountview Cottage is a well-appointed retreat, featuring cosy heating and a stove to ensure comfort during your stay. As we often stay here ourselves, it is meticulously maintained.The cottage sleeps up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms—4 single beds and 1 king-size bed. There are 2 bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite. The spacious and comfortable living room offers stunning views of the surrounding hills, while the well-equipped eat-in kitchen serves as the heart of the house. The fenced garden is both child- and dog-friendly, and we’re frequently visited by red squirrels. On occasion, red deer can even be spotted from the cottage.We’re just a 5-minute walk from the village, where you’ll find shops, cafes, and restaurants. The cottage also offers direct access to the hills and scenic walking trails.
