About Leslie Castle Guesthouse
Leslie Castle, owned by the Baron of Leslie and surrounded by rolling hills, is the last fortified defensive baronial tower house originally built in the 1650s. The present structure was restored in the 1980s, blending historic charm with modern comforts. The castle offers six large en-suite rooms to accommodate guests. Visitors are invited to relax and enjoy the Great Hall, the cosy fireside sofas of the drawing room with superb garden views, or snuggle up in the Baron’s Retreat with a book or a game from the shelves. You can also plan your day comfortably from a fireside seat. The castle is now fully licensed to serve alcohol. The old kitchen, featuring a vaulted ceiling and huge fireplace, has been transformed into the Breakfast Room, where breakfast is served at a pre-arranged time between 8am and 10am. Both continental and full cooked breakfasts are offered, using the finest local produce whenever possible.
