About Kincorth Hill Local Nature Reserve

Kincorth Hill, located on the south side of Aberdeen near Kincorth, features a network of paths through woodland, grassland, heath, scrub, and around a pond. It’s a popular spot for birdwatching, nature walks, and dog walking, with seating areas offering panoramic views across the city.The site includes a sculpture trail that doubles as an orienteering course, along with interpretation boards throughout. While some paths are steep, most have good surfaces.Access is available from car parks at Abbotswells Crescent (east) and Nigg Way (west), with additional pedestrian entry points along the housing estate. Parking is available at both ends of Nigg Way, and designated disabled spaces are provided at the Abbotswells Crescent car park.
