Hillgoers is a Scottish outdoor experience provider based in Royal Deeside, offering a variety of activities. We specialize in guided walks, mountain skills courses, and dark sky/stargazing events. Additionally, we offer small outdoor weddings in partnership with Wild Scottish Weddings. Operating year-round, we provide both off-the-shelf and tailor-made experiences for individuals and small groups. We are ideally located for the Cairngorms National Park, just a 45-minute drive from Aberdeen International Airport. Through close collaborations with local estate owners, including Balmoral and Mar Lodge Estate (National Nature Reserve, just outside Braemar), we are involved in conservation projects focused on climate change prevention and biodiversity improvement. These strong connections allow us to offer exclusive insights and access to these beautiful locations. Our guided walks cater to all abilities, ranging from 4-20+ km (2-10+ hours). Whether it’s coastal walks or mountain-level hikes, we help our clients discover the beauty of nature in the heart of Scotland.
