Haughton Holiday Park

Located in the heart of Aberdeenshire, our holiday park is perfect for exploring castles, historic sites, museums, and outdoor activities. Nestled beside the River Don and surrounded by woodland, it’s ideal for country walks, fishing, and wildlife spotting. Families will enjoy the adjacent play park, while nearby Alford offers shopping, dining, sports, a swimming pool, museums, golf, fishing, and even a dry ski slope—all within walking distance. We’re also close to the Whisky Trail and just 40 minutes from Lecht Ski Centre for winter fun.On-site, you’ll find a shop offering takeaway teas, coffees, hot chocolate, ice cream, groceries, and sweets. We have two coffee shops serving breakfast, lunches, and afternoon teas made fresh daily. Farquharson’s@Haughton House is accessed via the main entrance, while Master of Farquharson’s is dog-friendly with level access through the Lower Hall.Our park caters to caravans, motorhomes, campers, self-catering holiday homes, and luxury apartments. Pets are welcome except in the apartments. Seasonal touring pitches are available from April to October, along with holiday home ownership options.Holiday apartments in the Victorian Mansion (1st and 2nd floors) include Freeview TV and WiFi but have no disabled access. The campsite has good 4G coverage but limited TV reception.
