The modern, bright, and spacious detached self-catering cottage with Hot Tub comfortably sleeps 5 and provides very attractive and cosy accommodation, equipped to a high standard.

Accommodation comprises: hall, open plan lounge and large kitchen/dining area, utility room, three bedrooms (one double, one twin or super king, and one single room), and a shower room with walk-in shower with deluge shower, toilet, and basin.

The cottage has its own garden, outside HOT TUB, patio area with furniture, and Weber Gas BBQ. Bedding and towels are included in the weekly charge. Cot, highchair, and electric steriliser are available.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob and oven, dishwasher, American-style fridge freezer with water and ice dispenser, microwave, and washer dryer. The lounge includes TVs with Freeview, DVD, docking station, Wi-Fi, electric fire, electric panel heaters throughout, hair dryers, and alarm clock.

The property has its own driveway and off-road parking for several cars. No smoking, no pets.

Situated only 100 yards from the Birse and Feughside Parish Church and within 2 miles of Finzean Hall, it is ideal if you are attending a wedding or event in the village.
