Week 2 – Feeling and Finding Colour
You may have heard the phrase ‘having an eye for colour’, but developing this skill is something that we can all learn. In this ‘Third Stage’ Arts block we’ll explore a whole world of colour – taking you on a playful journey through different colour exercises, building your awareness of the colours that we find all around us and exploring how to use colour creatively.
How to find chromatic colour sources and how you can capture colours. Using the Barn’s grounds and gardens as inspiration, we’ll engage in playful mark making exercises - givingattention to colour, considering mood, creating both a colour plan and colour journal.
There is a sliding scale ticket price for this event of £3 - £8. Please choose what you feel applies to you :
£3 - I find it difficult to meet everyday costs.
£5 - I can meet everyday costs.
£8 - I can comfortably meet my everyday costs.
