Offer Terms & Conditions
What it is
The M-Pass is a mobile ticket delivered to your phone. It contains a barcode that can be scanned by ScotRail staff and at ticket gates.
Purchase
When making your purchase please enter the number of adults and children required. To purchase the ScotRail Family Pass you must select a minimum of 1 adult and 1 child, and a maximum of 2 adults and 4 children.
You will also be asked to enter the ages of each child (aged 0 -15 years), this helps us ensure the Family Pass is the best value product for you.
Pass delivery
After purchase you’ll receive an email with a link to download your M-Pass. The email will come from our partner ACP Rail International (sender: no_reply@acprail.com).
Before you travel download this M-Pass directly to your mobile phone.
You will need to show the M-Pass on your phone to station and on-train staff on request.
Printouts are not accepted. You must also show valid photo ID.
Refunds
Unused ScotRail Family Pass tickets that are returned at least one day before the first date of travel are refundable. A £10 administration fee will apply.
