Banchory Rock Choir - Banchory West Parish Church of Scotland

If you have always wanted to join a choir locally, you can!

The Banchory Rock Choir is led by vocal teacher Rachael Watson. The Banchory branch is part of the unique national singing family that is Rock Choir. Whilst retaining our focus on Banchory community causes and events, the local branches of Rock Choir led by Rachael come together in regional and even national groups for bigger events, such performing en masse at the 10,000 seat Wembley Arena, achieving album sales that enter the charts, radio appearances and Guinness World Records and helping to raise millions for charity. Joining this incomparable musical national treasure is very easy, there are no auditions, there's no need to read music and we're open to everyone in your local community!

Every week local people like you attend group rehearsals and learn pop, rock, Motown and every now and again a 'pop gospel' song. Like the sound of that? You can book a FREE taster session for yourself (and a maybe a friend!) to experience the easy going atmosphere and expert vocal tuition. Here is a quote about our choir - 'It's all been said already, but Rock Choir is just the best, most fun and most uplifting experience ever. The more people that join, the happier this country will be. ' - Teresa (Rock Choir member)
