About Attention Seekers: Adhd Tangents With Alex Partridge - The Lemon Tree
Welcome to our neurodiversity event series, Attention Seekers. This series reclaims the phrase that is often used to dismiss people trying to understand why they don’t ‘fit in’. In each event, we will hear from neurodivergent leaders sharing refreshingly honest experiences, replacing judgement and shame with understanding.
With Attention Seekers we are creating a safe space to come together to feel heard and supported.
Our second event in the series is a live conversation with the founder of UNILAD and LADBIBLE, ADHD author, podcast host, and entrepreneur Alex Partridge.
Join us for an honest, engaging, and unfiltered conversation exploring what it’s really like to discover you’re ADHD in adulthood. Alex brings a refreshing mix of insight and relatability, breaking down how the ADHD brain works in a way that helps make sense of experiences many people have lived with for years but struggled to put into words.
Through sharing his own story, Alex creates space to move away from shame and self-judgement. He helps reframe those feelings as part of being wired differently, not “getting it wrong.”
Following the main chat, the floor opens to you for an honest, interactive audience Q&A.
A Visual Story is available to view for those who may find it helpful.
