About Victorine: The Artist's Model - New Deer Public Hall

Ages 12+

How long would you wait for a moment of inspiration?

It's Paris, 1860, and Victorine has left Dublin to become an artist's model. As she struggles to find her place in the unfamiliar Parisian art scene, she discovers her own artistic passions, and starts to see the world in an entirely new light.

'Well written and beautifully performed, it does more than tell the story of a specific character, it digs into deeper questions about art itself' The Scotsman

'Victorine leaves you feeling inspired long after the curtain has been drawn.' Edinburgh Reporter

'A witty, dry and inquisitive persona who captivates the audience with her eloquent language and sharp observations.' The Skinny

'A commanding performance that has the audience hanging on her every word.'West End Best Friend
