NAFCo Samuel F. Torre - Galician Rumbas on Fiddle Workshop - North East Scotland College: Aberdeen City Campus

The workshop Samuel will offer will focus on Galician rumbas, a genre introduced in the early 20th century by emigrants returning from Cuba, which quickly became popular among gaiteiros and was also incorporated into the repertoire of traditional Galician violinists, as Florencio dos Vilares.

The session is aimed at beginner and intermediate fiddlers.
