NAFCo Coralie Usmani - Improvisation Workshop - North East Scotland College: Aberdeen City Campus

What musical languages are embedded and embodied within us and how can we interact with them in real-time to bring them into the present? In this interactive workshop, improvisation acts as a vehicle or conduit for sounding our personal musical histories. No knowledge of jazz chords required and open to all instruments. Coralie Usmani is a violinist/improviser with a diverse performing background including within orchestral, folk-pop, and free jazz settings.
