Ambient Arcade - Soundplay Projects - Music Hall

Soundplay Projects SCIO creates inclusive workshops sessions and events with and for disabled and non-disabled people. We use technology to weave together music, sound, visuals and sensory materials to create carefully crafted spaces and objects that help people play and make together.

The Ambient Arcade consists of a series of accessible audio-visual sculptures that take the form of retro style video games units and old school computer terminals. Each module offers its own unique way to play with sound and moving images intuitively using video and audio synthesis. There are many opportunities to play together, interact collaboratively and communicate through sound and play. These sessions are ASN friendly and suitable for everyone but best for ages 0-10 and families.

Accessible quieter sessions, suitable for ASN run from 10am-11.00am. Free but ticketed. 1 ticket per person e.g one adult and one child need 2 tickets.

Open drop in sessions run from 12pm-1pm, 1.30pm-2.30pm and 3pm-4pm. These are free to attend, no ticket required and open to all but best suited for children 0-10.
