Come along and join Ury Players for a One Act Play double-bill!
Ury Players, by arrangement with Lazy Bee Scripts, will be performing "After Esme" by Kathryn West. There will be a brief intermission followed by the second performance of the evening, thedebut of "Burial Plot" by Elizabeth Levy.
"After Esme" by Kathryn West
Alice, Jenny and Pauline get together for regular catch-ups, though they have a habit of getting kicked out of restaurants - and there's someone missing. Each of the women reconciles in their own way with the loss of their friend Esme.
"Burial Plot" by Elizabeth Levy
Death has had a busy day collecting souls and taking them to the afterlife. He has just one more left to move on before he can go home, the soul of renowned physician and phrenologist Professor Winterdinkle.What could possibly go wrong? Farce, melodrama and deceit, all set in a Victorian Graveyard late one evening. Bring your own booze, you will need it!
This event is General Admission using non-reserved seating, and you can Bring Your Own Refreshments*.
The recommended age for this production is 16+.
The Stalls will be setup with Cabaret Style Seating.
