About Portsoy Book Festival - The Salmon Bothy
The Portsoy Book Festival is relaunching after a six year break.
Our aims are to promote reading and creative writing in adults and children, celebrate amazing Scottish writers of fiction and non-fiction, and take advantage of the beautiful area of Portsoy and the Banffshire Coast.
The amazing line up for 2026 is:
- Friday 17th April 7pm: Rory Cellan-Jones and Si Wooler
- Saturday 18th April 2pm: Shona MacLean
- Saturday 18th April 7pm: Natalie Jayne Clark
