Originally a brewery, this deceptively spacious C-listed building retains ample charm and character, yet has been refurbished to a high standard, offering a quirky and comfortable stay.Set over two storeys, the main accommodation is on the upper floor, providing sleeping arrangements for six guests. The large Master Bedroom, Twin Room, and Double Room—named after local castles, The Barra, The Fyvie, and The Mounie—are complemented by a fully equipped kitchen, two walk-in shower rooms, and an open mezzanine-style sitting room.On the ground floor, you’ll find The Garden Room for dining and socialising, leading through to the vaulted-ceilinged Pheasant Bar, complete with your own bar, pool table, and foosball table. Beyond this is The Den, a cosy space for TV, games, books, or quiet recreation.The bustling town of Oldmeldrum is ideally situated for tourists, wedding guests, staycationers, and those working in the area. Locally, there is much to see and do, including Lochter Activity Centre, Pitmedden Gardens, and Haddo House. Within 30 minutes or less are several prestigious wedding venues, including Meldrum House Country Hotel and Barra Castle, as well as excellent golfing opportunities.
