Eighty-nine percent of all ingredients used are sourced from within a 50-mile radius, reducing food miles and supporting the local economy.All fish used are caught daily in the North Sea from stocks that are fully sustainable according to the Marine Conservation Society. Their “Catch of the Day” menu showcases the freshest, in-season fish straight from the market.The Bay is passionate about what they do and where they are in Scotland, aiming to continue serving the most delicious sustainable fish suppers for many years to come.
