Seagreens Cottage is a beautifully refurbished, cosy retreat located right on the seafront between Johnshaven and St Cyrus in Aberdeenshire.

Perfect for a relaxing getaway, the cottage sleeps 4 plus a travel cot, featuring a double bedroom and a twin room.

The cottage is fully equipped for comfort, with central heating, a wood-burning stove in the sitting room, and underfloor heating in the bathroom. Towels and linen are provided. The bathroom includes a bath and separate shower, while the living room offers comfortable sofas and the warmth of the stove. The spacious kitchen/diner comes with a dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer, and a table seating six. A starter pack of logs is supplied, with extras available for purchase.

Additional amenities include a TV with DVD player, free WiFi, washing machine, tumble dryer, and a gas BBQ stored in the outbuilding.

Outside, the cottage boasts a secure garden with a patio at the side and back, and an open front garden leading directly onto the beach. The beachfront location offers stunning views in all weather—ideal for family holidays or a peaceful retreat.

The village of Johnshaven is a 20-minute walk along the coastal path or a short drive, and Montrose is only 7 miles away with supermarkets and shops nearby.
