About Huntly Castle

Visit the seat of one of medieval and Renaissance Scotland's most powerful families. Heraldic sculpture and inscribed stone friezes were fitting for the home of the earls of Huntly, now a noble ruin.

Please note there is currently no access to the top of the tower. We recommend booking in advance to guarantee entry.

Opening times:

1 April to 30 September:
Daily from10am to 4.30pm - last entry at 3.30pm

1 October to 31 March: 
Daily except Thursday & Friday from 10am to 3.30pm - last entry at 2.45pm
