Fife Lodge was built in 1909 as the factor’s residence for the Duff House Estate and converted into a hotel in the early 1960s, retaining its grand country house charm. The Fife Lodge Bar & Restaurant are open daily to non-residents for lunch and evening dining.Accommodation options include singles, doubles, twins, and a suite with two bedrooms, living room, and bathroom. All rooms are en-suite with showers (some have baths) and come with flat-screen TVs, hospitality trays, and hairdryers. Irons and ironing boards are available on request.Fife Lodge also caters for meetings and conferences of various sizes. Smaller groups can use our dining rooms, while larger events take place in the Princess Louise Ballroom, which seats up to 150 theatre-style (plus 50 more with the Ballroom Extension). The Extension alone holds up to 100, and the Ballroom reception area suits groups up to 50 theatre-style.
