Fife Lodge Hotel & Restaurant

Fife Lodge was built in 1909 as the factor’s residence for the Duff House Estate and converted into a hotel in the early 1960s, retaining its grand country house charm. Set in beautiful private grounds with stunning countryside views, it’s an ideal venue for weddings.

Our restaurant features delicious dishes made from the rich fertile Buchan produce and fresh North Sea seafood. The Fife Lodge Bar & Restaurant are open daily to non-residents for lunch and evening dining.

Accommodation:

• Singles, doubles, twins, and a suite with two bedrooms, living room, and bathroom.
• All rooms are en-suite with showers (some have baths).
• Amenities include flat-screen TVs, hospitality trays, hairdryers, with irons and ironing boards available on request.

Meetings & Conferences:
Fife Lodge also caters for meetings and conferences of various sizes:

• Smaller groups can use our dining rooms.
• Larger events take place in the Princess Louise Ballroom, seating up to 150 theatre-style (plus 50 more with the Ballroom Extension).
• The Extension alone holds up to 100, and the Ballroom reception area suits groups up to 50 theatre-style.
• Garden Room accommodates meetings of up to 24.
