Falls offers a seasonal multi-course tasting menu showcasing some of the finest produce Aberdeenshire and Scotland has to offer. There is no menu presented on the night, allowing guests to enjoy a curated and immersive dining experience.

The tasting journey typically consists of 12–15 servings, changing regularly to reflect the seasons and availability of the best ingredients.
