About Braemar Highland Games Centre

Braemar Highland Experience offers a wide range of walks, from easy strolls to challenging high-level hikes, with options lasting from a couple of hours to several days. Whether you're exploring the Cairngorms or venturing further afield, they’ll introduce you to wild, scenic places, guide you up mountains, and walk you through the area’s rich history, flora, and fauna. Their routes take in classic highlights of the region, along with hidden gems only a local would know. BHE is also eager to share their favourite spots for photography or painting, often off the beaten path. Come and explore the ancient ways through glens, cool your feet in remote lochs, or wander through the ancient Caledonian pine forests, home to rare species of flora and fauna. Alternatively, experience the vast wilderness and high ground of the Cairngorms National Park, home to five of Scotland's six highest peaks. It's the perfect place to enjoy some of Scotland’s most stunning glens, ridges, and mountain lochs.
