Established in 1990, it holds a special place in the Aberdeenshire community. The café is known for its warm welcome and delicious food, made using the finest Scottish ingredients. Our menu offers freshly prepared dishes made to order, including all-day brunch, seasonal soups, homemade bruschettas, fresh salads, seafood platters, and more. We also serve coffee, cake, and a selection of teas, with our freshly baked cakes, focaccia, and granary bread a particular favorite. We’re fully licensed and offer a wonderful selection of wines.In addition to the café, The Black Faced Sheep is home to a beautiful and unique homeware & gift shop, offering a range of items including Scottish gifts, wool throws, cushions, stunning bedspreads, distinctive table lamps, and furniture. Our art gallery features limited edition prints and original artwork by a curated selection of Scottish artists, along with a beautiful range of greeting cards. We host Evening Dining events on the last Friday of each month (except December), offering delicious food, outstanding wines, and a great atmosphere.
