The dual aspect open plan kitchen/ living room with 40" smart tv* is fully equipped for self catering with fridge, freezer, oven, gas hob and microwave.
Upstairs houses a delightful, relaxing bedroom with king size bed and walk through dressing area to a fresh, modern ensuite shower room.
On the ground floor room, with its own ensuite toilet, offers a comfortable daybed for a third guest or a quiet space for reading or working.
The enclosed garden is sheltered and sunny, perfect for a seat out or a barbeque in the evening.
Peppermill is an easy walk from the highly recommended fish and chip shop and the excellent Seafield Arms with its superb menu is right outside the gate !
There is a well stocked supermarket with off license just past the chip shop, and lovely walks past the marina and along the shore towards Banff, perfect for dogs.
The Harbour Galley restaurant offers great food and views of the marina.
Just four miles to Portsoy where you'll find Aspire, Port House Cafe and Symposium all providing lovely coffees, cakes and meals plus the fabulous Portsoy ice cream shop.
Visit the spectacular old harbour, where Peaky Blinders was filmed, for stunning views and coastal walks.
