Westertown is a bright and airy abode, allowing in plenty of light from its plethora of windows, including floor-to-ceiling windows in the open-plan living space letting you admire your beautiful views. Enjoy relaxing in front of the woodburning stove before gathering together at the dining area to enjoy a homemade meal.
The ground floor is completed by the utility room, housing the washer/dryer, and a family bathroom with a large bath and shower overhead.
On the first floor you’ll find three beautiful bedrooms, comprising a king-size and two twin rooms (which can conveniently be made into king-size beds on request). Two of the bedrooms boast Juliet balconies, so you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee in the fresh countryside air. There is also a double shower room on this floor.
The property also benefits from 60-acres of private grounds, so you can enjoy a refreshing morning stroll or simply soak up all of its glory from the decking.
There are plenty of handy amenities within the local area, including shops, pubs, and eateries. The Lonach Gathering at the end of August is well-worth attending if you’re in town, where Highland games, traditional music and dancing, and a host of fun activities to join in on offer an authentic Scottish experience!
