Netherdale House
'Farm to Fork' is the motto in the Grant family kitchen. The bacon and sausages come direct from farmer friends and they have a happy wee brood of free range hens laying eggs for breakfasts and home baking, whilst the granolas and jams are produced using as much apples, pears, plums and berries as they can harvest from the walled garden and orchard.
The 'Taste of Netherdale' sharing platter includes venison, pheasant and wood pigeon from the estate. Netherdale House is passionate about local produce and home cooking showcasing their Aberdeenshire larder to guests.
Guests will always be welcomed with a 'fly cup 'n' fine piece', a colloquial term for cup of tea or coffee with cakes - home baked using recipes from their Mums and Grannies.
