Myrus Caravan & Holiday Park
Myrus Caravan & Holiday Park is located by Macduff, in Aberdeenshire, north east Scotland.
This family owned park is located in a tranquil woodland surrounding, yet is within walking distance of Macduff and local amenities. The park has been rated 5 star by Visit Scotland, and has also been voted Scottish Regional Winner of the Top 100 Sites in UK by Practical Caravan and Motorhome in 2019, 2021, 2022 & 2023.
The park is open from late March to the end of October, offering a range of pitches for tents, motorhomes and touring caravans. A number of luxury static holiday caravans are also available for hire. If you should happen to fall in love with this beautiful part of Aberdeenshire, there are also a few static holiday homes for sale.
The touring facilities on site are second to none, with spacious pitches on either grass or hard-standing available. All pitches have a 16 amp electric hook-up with the majority having satellite TV hook-up. There are also a number of super pitches with their own water, waste, electric and satellite TV hook-ups. A modern centrally heated amenities block offers luxurious toilets and showers within private washing cubicles, as well as a large fully accessible disabled suite.
Please note the touring section of the park is for the benefit of adults only, while children are welcome in our holiday homes.
Myrus Caravan & Holiday Park provides the ideal base for exploring the local area, as well as the wider Aberdeenshire and Moray regions. Explore beautiful beaches and quaint former fishing villages along the Moray Firth coastline, as well as woodland walks and wildlife spotting.
Fishing is popular locally, you can fish in one of the many small rivers and lochs that cut through this stunningly beautiful landscape, including on the nearby River Deveron. Alternatively, join a fishing day trip to the North Sea, where you are also likely to spot dolphins, seals, gannets, puffins and occasionally whales too.
Golfers are spoilt for choice for courses, with Royal Tarlair Golf Club in Macduff, Duff House Royal Golf Club in Banff, as well as Cullen, Turriff and more just a short drive away, and Trump International Golf Links near Aberdeen around an hour’s drive away. There is also a golf driving range and coffee shop adjacent to the holiday park, with walk-through access.
Aberdeen and Inverness are accessible by car and bus from Macduff.

The luxurious holiday homes have heating in all rooms, colour tv, video as well as a gas fire in the lounge. The kitchen area is fully equipped with gas hob and oven, fridge with mini freezer and microwave. The bathroom includes a sink, toilet and shower, a real home from home. On site there is a fully equipped laundry with automatic washing machines, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.
