Intelligence, elegance and good looks, us bottlenose dolphins have it all.

Watch us from Torry Battery car park, Aberdeen where you can get fantastic views of us feeding at the harbour mouth. You may also see some of our other cetacean kin; harbour porpoises, minke whales and maybe even a humpback whale!

Sharing the harbour with us are also grey seals along with a host of birds; redshank, oystercatchers, eider duck, cormorant, shag, sandwich tern, gulls, goldfinch, linnet, skylark and swallows.

When can you see us?

Staff should be onsite to welcome you and provide information and binoculars from the 16th April - 16th August, 11am to 6pm, Thursday to Sunday, but please call us ahead of visiting to ensure something hasn't taken us elsewhere on the day.

What should I bring?

Waterproof and warm clothing.

View our guide to get there, here.
