October’s Unmissable Events

That’s right – it’s October already! Spooky events are just around the corner, but there is still time to enjoy these festivals and events before you don your Halloween costumes.

Aberdeen International Comedy Festival, Thursday 6 – Sunday 16 October

Comedy returns with a big bang this month, as a line-up of gut-busting comedians make their way to the Granite City in this 11-day festival. Over 50 shows are taking place across 20 venues, including performances from Irish funny man David O’Doherty, master of satire Jack Dee, Netflix sensation Daniel Sloss, and so much more.

Provenance Festival, Friday 30 September – Sunday 9 October

One for the entire family to enjoy, the Provenance Festival celebrates the very best of the region’s food and drink. Meet the North-east’s beloved producers, get behind the scenes access to their day-to-day operations, and enjoy unforgettable experiences including tours and tastings!
