“Brace yourself … in a good way” are the words that come to mind as I begin to tell you about our three day trip to Aberdeenshire. Castles of legend, stunning lighthouses, dramatic landscapes, nature safaris, welcoming hospitality and an unpredictable and totally riveting prison visit (that’s right, prison visit)… this was a trip that surpassed my expectations.
