Fiona Douglas

OFFICE & FINANCE MANAGER

Fiona is a real country quine, having spent all of her childhood and adulthood living in the beautiful countryside of Aberdeenshire.

As a millennial graduate with a honours degree in Hospitality Management, Fiona began her career at the now, Holiday Inn at Aberdeen Exhibition & Conference Centre – where she enjoyed a variety of front office roles from Reservations Co-Ordinator to Rooms Manager.

In 2005, Fiona decided on a career change and entered the world of Environmental Consultancy with RPS Group supporting the Aberdeen Team as Office Manager. After spending 10 years there she has now joined VisitAberdeenshire as Office & Finance Manager.

Fiona looks forward to setting up the new VisitAberdeenshire, managing the organisations finances and keeping the office in good running order to support the team.

In her spare time, she loves to go to concerts, festivals, theatre productions and sport events. She can also be found exploring the countryside of Aberdeenshire and regularly walks around Aden Park, Pitfour Lake and the Fortmartine & Buchan Way.
